Renee Terrace Location
One of the best things about Renee Terrace is its location. It's situated between John Young Parkway and Thacker Ave, making it easy to access the Kissimmee trail for a long bike or jog.
Another location perk is the proximity to outdoor shopping malls like the Loop, access to public transportation like Lynx, Sunrail and FreeBee. Tons of restaurants within arms reach and so much more.
Homes in Renee Terrace
While the community doesn't have sidewalks, the lot sizes are incredible. You'll find some unique homes in this older community as well, with custom architecture that makes each house distinct.
It's worth noting that all of the homes in Renee Terrace are single-family homes, and some have septic tanks and wells, while others have public water and sewer. It's important to check with the owner before buying a home to know what kind of maintenance you'll be responsible for.
How much is a home in this neighborhood? well although I can give historic data and what listings have sold for let me share what homeowners are asking for a single family home today.
If you want to know if the asking price is realistic, let's schedule a consultation.
Community Amenities
Another reason I love Renee Terrace is that it doesn't have any amenities. While that may seem like a downside, it means you get larger lots. Some lots are nearly half an acre, which is incredibly rare in the Kissimmee area.
In terms of the homes themselves, you'll find some with Mediterranean flair, including rounded walls that look like castle towers. You won't find cookie-cutter homes here; each residence is beautiful and unique. Many of the homes in Renee Terrace also have pools, so you won't miss having a community pool.
So just how big is Renee Terrace?
There are actually three sections, with 15 homes in the first, 25 homes in the second, and 15 homes in the third. Keep in mind that the community is relatively small, but it's located on prime real estate.
Conclusion:
It's clear that Renee Terrace has a lot to offer those searching for a new home in Kissimmee. From its prime location to unique homes and larger lot sizes, it's a must-see community for anyone in the market for a new place to call home.
